How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Simply initiate a request through our returns portal, and we will arrange a reverse pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How should I care for my MyDesignation apparel?
To maintain the quality of the fabric and print, we recommend machine washing in cold water, inside out. Avoid direct ironing on the prints and do not bleach.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 days for other regions.
How do I find the right size for me?
Every product page features a detailed size chart with measurements in inches. We recommend comparing these measurements with a well-fitting garment you already own.
