Pack the Items
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all tags intact, and place it securely inside the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep for a scheduled pickup; please ensure you receive a confirmation receipt from the delivery executive.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
